Trekking Fever

So Heinrich and I got together this evening. Played a little geetar and pia-piano at the church, then came back to my place for some ice cream and strawberry glaze. Yummo. If strawberries don't make you drool for summer, I don't know what will. Well, actually I do. Dreaming of hiking. We did a little planning for our attempt at the Maah Daah Hey trail this summer. It's a 100km trail through the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. It'll be a combination hike/photo shoot. We're kinda torn between going hard to finish the full trail, or taking our time to get some really good pictures. Whatever...good times will be had either way. Think I'll be hiking in my sleep tonight :)

So tomorrow is the Valentine's Banquet at church. Not even sure what time it starts, but I've got to work until 6, so either way I'll likely be late. What does one wear to a Valentine's banquet? If only I had a sweet leisure suit like Napoleon. Or a pink vest to wear over a red t-shirt. Maybe I'll break out the red & white bell bottoms. Could be crazy. Should be fun.

Anywhoos, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite. He he he...I've got a good story about bed bugs, but I'm too tired to tell it. Maybe another time.
