Random ramblings from a guy who's enjoying the ride...my thoughts on what God's been teaching me lately...who know what might all show up here...I guess it's a place for me to keep a slightly more public version of my daily journaling. Lyric Of The Day

Hey! It's back by popular demand! Apparently some people actually read my blog, so that was motivation enough for me to give it a second chance. So, to start it off again nice and easy, here's a new LOTD:
In This Diary by The Ataris:
"Here in this diary I write you visions of my summer / It was the best I ever had / There were choruses and sing-alongs / and that unspoken feeling of knowing that right now is all that matters / All the nights we stayed up talking listening to 80's songs / and quoting lines from all those movies that we love / It still brings a smile to my face :) I guess when it comes down to it... [Chorus] Being grown up isn't half as fun as growing up / These are the best days of our lives / The only thing that matters is just following your heart / and eventually you'll finally get it right"
I love these summer-time-feeling-good kinda songs. This year I've had them playing over and over, just to remind myself that yes, despite the lousy weather, it IS summer. Now with my friends moving off and heading back to school, and the leaves on my neighbors tree turning yellow, it has set a bit of a more somber feeling. However, it was an awesome summer...my first year at camp was amazing...Sonshine festival was awesome...I got to do a ton of mountain biking and running...yep, it was good indeed. Hey...post a comment, and we'll take a poll...list your top 3 favorite things you did this summer! Later, Warren
